Closest beach to 3MOOR?  Mayo Beach in Wellfleet.  Mayo Beach is the perfect beach for families with small children.  Watch the boats come in and out of the harbor.  If the kids get a little bored swimming, there is a wonderful playground across the street.  This public beach has free parking.
